Prince Harry attended an Invictus cycling event on Oct. 21 solo, as the couple had decided that Meghan could use some rest. The royal caught up with loads of competitors, telling some that his wife was “resting back at home, being pregnant takes its toll.” The duchess made it to the day's other two events, a reception at The Pavilion Restaurant hosted by the Prime Minister and a sailing event. It was revealed earlier in the day that Meghan would be a bit choosier about which engagements she attends, with a royal aide telling reporters: "After a busy programme, The Duke and Duchess have decided to cut back The Duchess's schedule slightly for the next couple of days, ahead of the final week and a half of the tour."

Royal reporter Emily Andrews spoke to 35-year-old Charlotte Waverley, who told her about the chat she had with Meghan on Bondi Beach. “She told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag. She said she was up at 4:30 am this am doing yoga in her room as she couldn’t sleep. It’s a bit of a double whammy for her, she said, as she has both the baby and jet lag to contend with.” You certainly couldn't tell given how radiant the mother-to-be looked on the beach!

Now that the baby news is out, royal watchers are wondering two things: will it be a boy or a girl, and what will his or her name be? Luckily, it sounds like the Sussexes have received a lot of help in the name department already!
While on a tram ride to South Melbourne Beach, Harry and Meghan were asked if they'd picked out any names yet, to which the duchess replied: "We've been given a long list of names from everyone. We're going to sit down and have a look at them."
One royal well-wisher, Jessica, introduced her five-year-old daughter, Harriet. "As soon as I introduced my daughter to Harry, he said, 'That's a great name,'" the proud parent shared. "Maybe they will choose it for their own child, which would be fun."

The proud mom showed off her daughter and shared these words of wisdom to mom-to-be Meghan: "Cherish each moment because it goes by so fast. It really does." Harry later came over and cooed, "Who’s this little cutie?"
