The Royal Family arrives for the Queen's pre-Christmas lunch: All the photos

Every year, the Queen invites members of the Royal Family over to Buckingham Palace for a pre-Christmas celebration! On Wednesday (Dec. 19), the Cambridge family, the Sussexes and more descended on the palace to enjoy a lovely meal with the monarch and some bonding time before the festivities really kick into high gear with a trip to Sandringham on Christmas Day!

The Cambridge clan were one of the first to arrive! Joining Prince William and Kate was Prince George, 5, and three-year-old Princess Charlotte, who was hidden behind dad's seat. Nestled in between the children was their Spanish nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo.

Following swiftly behind the Cambridges were Prince Harry and Meghan! The pregnant duchess was positively glowing with her dewy makeup look and diamond earrings, while Harry looked dapper in a suit and tie. This marks Meghan's second pre-Christmas lunch with the Queen. She joined the family last year just after her engagement to Harry was announced.

Sophie, Countess of Wessex, and her daughter Lady Louise Windsor arrived at the palace, too. Louise looked lovely in a blue top, while her mom chose a berry hued sweater and grey scarf.

Prince Charles was not far behind in the line up of lunch arrivals! We imagine no Christmas lunch would be complete without the charming future King. Charles has been a busy bee this year, but time with his family seems to be a big priority for him.
