First photo revealed of Prince Harry and Meghan's gorgeous Cotswolds getaway

When Prince Harry and Meghan's busy royal schedule allows, they love escaping to the privacy of their $4.2 million country home in the Cotswolds, a four-bedroom converted farmhouse from the 18th century. Until now, little has been known of the property - but The Sun has uncovered a photo that reveals their charming escape.

With four bedrooms, the home is perfect for the gregarious couple, who love to host friends like Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas as well as the duchess's mom, Doria Ragland - while their staff can stay in a separate two-bedroom cottage. Set on four stunning acres in Oxfordshire, it's no wonder their pretty Cotswold-stone escape has floor-to-ceiling windows.

“Meghan adores the area. She and Harry love walking the dogs there, and they can entertain their friends in complete solitude,” a source told the publication. The parents-to-be rented the grade-II property on a two-year-lease early last year, ahead of their royal wedding, and it surely holds many fond memories.

The super private property was renovated last year to maximize security, and sources revealed to HELLO! that the couple travels in and out by helicopter so as not to disrupt traffic on local roads. The home is also perfect for the the duchess to practice one of her hobbies, as it "has a vast open-plan kitchen and dining area for Meghan to cook in and lots of large windows for the stunning views," according to previous reports.

Despite the couple's plans to make Frogmore Cottage their first family home, they'll still keep their beloved Cotswolds getaway. Prince Harry, 34, and Meghan, 37, are currently renovating the space in Windsor's Home Park, where they'll welcome Baby Sussex in early spring.
