Duchess Meghan has delighted fans at every turn since returning to the spotlight following a well-deserved break over the holidays - and she's got two more stylish outings on the books this week! On Wednesday (Jan. 16), the royal mom-to-be will visit another of her newly announced patronages, animal organization Mayhew, before turning up the glamour for a date night with Prince Harry at a Sentebale fundraiser performance of Cirque de Soleil's Totem at Royal Albert Hall.
Kensington Palace revealed the two exciting engagements on Monday, taking to Twitter to share the news. Of her visit to Mayhew, they said, "Her Royal Highness will meet staff, volunteers and beneficiaries, and hear more about the animal welfare charity’s various initiatives, from community engagement to international projects."
This organization is very much in line with the royal's personal beliefs. Meghan currently has two adopted dogs in London, beagle Guy whom she brought from Toronto and her new labrador with Prince Harry, as well as labrador-shepherd mix Bogart who stayed behind in Canada (and Ellen DeGeneres convinced her to adopt!).
The couple's glitzy night at the theatre will benefit a cause that the 37-year-old has taken to heart via her husband's tireless work to help children and young people dealing with HIV in Africa - particularly Lesotho, Botswana and Malawi. Harry founded Sentebale with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in 2006.
Last Thursday (Jan. 10), the Duchess of Sussex surprised followers by announcing her first four patronages and turning stylist for the day at Smart Works, an organization that helps to empower disadvantaged and unemployed women - including in looking the part for job interviews. The pregnant royal wore a black Hatch t-shirt dress, a camel Oscar de la Renta swing coat and a gorgeous pair of cow-print pumps by Gianvitto Rossi.
Just a few days later, on Monday (Jan. 14), she was out in style once again for a visit to Birkenhead with her husband, where they stopped by Tomorrow's Women Wirral and Hive Wirral Youth Zone to learn how the local organizations are helping vulnerable people in the area - and spilled that her due date is sometime at the end of April or beginning of May! The former actress was a vision in a colourful Canadian ensemble that paired a red coat by homegrown label Sentaler with a purple Babaton by Aritzia dress. She accessorized with a Gabriela Hearst bag and punchy red pumps. Fans are surely thrilled to have two more opportunities to see her maternity wardrobe this week!
