It seems like Prince Harry and Meghan will be moving into their new home of Frogmore Cottage right in time for Baby Sussex's arrival! It's recently been revealed that the parents-to-be will be packing their bags and moving their lives from Kensington Palace to their new space in March.
Chris Ship, ITV's royal editor, shared the exciting news that the Sussexes will head to their newly-renovated family home in March. As Meghan recently said that their first bundle of joy is due "April or May," this timing makes perfect sense for their growing clan.
Though it was previously believed that the duo – who said "I do" on May 19, 2019 – would be setting up shop in Kensington Palace along with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, it was revealed in November that they had new plans in place.
No timeline of their move was announced, but it's known that the cottage has been undergoing some big renovations – including having an CA$86,000 green energy unit installed, creating an eco-friendly nursery (fit with vegan paint!) and reportedly a separate area for Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland, to live in.
Given the pregnant royal's penchant for interior design, it's no surprise that Meghan's reportedly enlisted the help of Soho House's interior designer Vicky Charles to help the former actress create the home of her dreams. It's also a romantic nod to the beginning days of Harry and Meghan's relationship – they used to frequent the private member's club for low-key dates.
