The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge surprised royal watchers worldwide with a visit to Belfast on Feb. 27!
The couple spent some time graciously greeting their well-wishers, visiting the National Stadium and kicking around a soccer ball at the Irish Football Association. Of course, their outing wasn't without some adorable encounters with little kids – and each other!

William and Kate arrived together at the Ballymena town centre for their first engagement of day two in Northern Ireland on Feb. 28. The two enjoyed greeting their fans during a walkabout.

Duchess Kate turned heads in a stunning brand new cornflower blue Mulberry cape-style coat. Underneath, she wore a royal blue dress, anchoring the ensemble with navy blue suede pumps and a small clutch to match. She also wore a pair of beautiful drop earrings.

Duchess Kate strapped on her helmet and headed out on canoes with some kids at the Roscor Youth Village later in the day.
The village is an activity centre run by the charity Extern. The couple took some time to speak with the children about their experiences and tok part in some for the activities, like trim trail, archery, tree climbing and canoeing.
