Canadians might recognize the brooch Her Majesty was wearing – it’s the Sapphire Jubilee Snowflake Brooch! <p>When the Queen visited Canada House in London to mark the 150th anniversary of Canadian Confederation in 2017, former Governor-General David Johnston gave the pin to her to celebrate her 65th anniversary on the throne.
