Duchess Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland has returned home to Los Angeles

Doria Ragland, Duchess Meghan’s mother, was spotted walking her dogs in Los Angeles on Tuesday (May 21), meaning Archie Harrison’s grandma has returned home after nearly a month in the UK.

Late last month, it was reported Doria had asked someone to walk her dogs and take out her garbage, and had flown across the pond to be with her daughter and son-in-law Prince Harry ahead of Archie’s birth. She reportedly spent about a month helping the new parents as their lives changed.

The yoga instructor and former social worker was also reportedly there for the couple as they “settled in” to Frogmore Cottage, their new home in Windsor. In May, ET reported Harry was a bit nervous about becoming a dad, and was said to have loved having Doria there.

Earlier this month, Doria was pictured in a lovely photo with the Queen, Prince Philip and new parents Meghan and Harry that celebrated Archie’s public debut. The couple posted the picture, which shows everyone beaming proudly at the little boy, on their Instagram account and used the image to announce his name.

The news of Doria’s return to Los Angeles comes amid reports Jessica Mulroney, one of Meghan’s best friends, has arrived in the UK with her daughter Ivy. UK publication The Sun obtained photos of Jessica and her daughter at Toronto Pearson International Airport getting ready to get on a flight to London. The images came just after Jessica posted on Instagram that she and Ivy were getting ready for a “Mother/Daughter trip.”
