The Duchess of Sussex made waves in the royal world even before exchanging vows with Prince Harry last year. Dubbed a modern royal, the former actress has made her own rules – from her fashion choices to her royal wedding and the way she debuted her baby boy, Archie Harrison. For many reasons, the new mom has been named one of British Vogue magazine's 25 Most Influential Women!

The Suits alum has graced the pages of Vogue’s high-profile list for the second year in a row, being praised as a “revolutionary” force. Meghan comes from Hollywood stardom, but nothing could have prepared her for the media storm of joining the royal fold.
“The quietly revolutionary decision she and Prince Harry took to keep their child’s birth private echoes the commitment to wellness she was known for prior to her new life, as well as her feminist ideals,” the glossy wrote.
The magazine praised Meghan for being “very much a modern princess” for much of her charitable work, notably her patronage to Smart Works – one of her first named royal patronages, at which she helps prepare women for job interviews.
Meghan’s wedding gown designer, Claire Waight Keller, who won British Designer of the Year at the Fashion Awards, is also on the list. Royal watchers will remember the moment Duchess Meghan took the stage to personally hand the prize to her fashionista friend.
The Duchess of Cambridge has also been featured on the pages of Vogue magazine, having graced its beautiful cover back in 2006 for the publication’s 100th anniversary cover. She looked gorgeous, her natural beauty shining through, in a wide-brimmed had, brown suede jacket and crisp white button-up. The photoshoot took place at the mom of three’s Norfolk home of Anmer Hall.
