Prince William and Duchess Kate are on the hunt for a new employee to join their team as a “diary co-ordinator.” The job is listed on the royal website, and says the lucky person who gets the role will help organize their very busy schedules.

On top of overseeing diary updates, providing regular briefings and ensuring all events and engagements are recorded accurately, the applicant is required to have excellent communication skills, thrive in a team environment and be proactive while flexible when it comes to their work. Candidates must be able to “work efficiently when under pressure” and possess “superb attention to detail and advanced IT skills,” according to the listing.

Of course, given the nature of the royal clients, candidates must also have “the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.”

The salary is not disclosed, and the closing date for applications is July 22.

William and Kate are two of the Royal Family’s busiest and prominent members, so it’s no surprise the two need another person to help them stay on top of their schedules. Since Prince Harry and Duchess Meghansplit from the Royal Foundation, William and Kate will now be spearheading it, and the person who enters the role will likely help a great deal with that.
