While inside, Kate met with young mothers – and met this adorable little girl! She looked a bit shy at first, but the duchess is so good with children that she quickly warmed to Kate.

Kate was very keen to speak to some of the staff at the centre, which runs the Family Nurse Partnership. It's a voluntary home visiting program for first-time parents aged 24 and under that partners them with a special nurse who visits from early pregnancy until their child turns two. The goals of the program are to ensure healthy pregnancies and improve children's health.
