Prince Harry had the best World Mental Health Day with kids and youth

Prince Harry spent World Mental Health Day in Nottingham, where he met with children aged 12 and 13 at a school and then visited a recording studio... and it looks like he had a great time!
Mental health awareness is one of the Duke of Sussex's biggest causes. He's spoken very candidly about his own struggles, particularly about after his mother Princess Diana's death and how it affected his life and sense of well-being. So we can only imagine how important it was for him - especially as a new dad! - to spend the day with children, whose mental health is a growing focus for the Royal Family.

... including this sweet stuffed animal, which is likely for Archie. Aleyna Genc, the student who gave it to Harry, was later taken aside by the duke, who had a special message for her from Duchess Meghan.
Aleyna has been writing to Meghan since 2015, when she heard the former actress's speech at the UN. Meghan found out Aleyna was recovering from a brain tumour, and recorded a special voice message for her, which Harry played her! So lovely!

Hi, Barney! Harry met this adorable therapy dog, who was as keen to shake the royal's hand as he was to grab his paw!

Harry and Barney then sat in on a Reluctant Readers Session at the school (or perhaps we should say Barney... lay down during it?).

They were reading Boy in the Tower by Polly Ho-Yen, a young adult book about growth.

Harry later visited a school assembly, where he learned about how students were coping with their workloads, which include exams and tests.

The lucky students then got a group photo with him. They'll probably treasure this day for a long time!

After visiting the school, Harry travelled to the community recording studio at St. Ann's, where he watched young people perform a "hiphopera" about mental health.
