Prince Louis is talking!
On Dec. 4, Duchess Kate spilled on a major milestone the youngest Prince of Cambridge has just reached, and we have a little boy who is just slightly older to thank for helping her reveal the news!
The Duchess of Cambridge stepped in for Santa Claus and helped spread holiday cheer while visiting Peterley Manor Farm with Family Action. While there, she helped children choose their perfect Christmas tree and make “reindeer food.” A particularly adorable moment came when a little tot reached out toward the mom of three and said, “Me, me.”
“You remind me of my little Louis, he keeps saying, ‘Me, me,
me’ and he wants to come everywhere with me,” the duchess replied, according to
Daily Mail, which reports the kind-hearted royal also affectionately
stroked the little boy’s cheek.
Earlier this year, one-year-old Louis made his debut at Trooping the Colour, waving enthusiastically to crowds watching the Royal Family gather on Buckingham Palace’s balcony for the Queen’s official birthday celebrations. He totally stole the show as he already seemed to have his royal wave completely mastered!
We can’t wait to see him next June at the annual event, when he’ll undoubtedly have grown much more and will be chattering along with big brother Prince George and big sister Princess Charlotte. Perhaps younger cousin Archie will also make his first appearance this coming year!
Speaking of George, Kate also revealed a heartwarming fact about her oldest child while she was parting ways with the youngsters at the event. She was handed a bunch of roses and thistles, and got down to eye level with the kids who had given them to her.
“George loves thistles,” she told them,” really spiky ones.”
We were thrilled to see Kate so engaged with the kids. The mom of three is a loving, caring parent to her three children, who will undoubtedly have a wonderful Christmas. So it’s heartwarming and inspiring to see the kind royal spreading good cheer to everyone and making sure all kids have a happy holiday season, no matter their situation.
