Feliz Navidad! If you don’t know, that’s Spanish for Merry Christmas, and the Spanish royal family has appropriately just released its holiday card for fans and well-wishers!

Their 2019 Christmas card features King Felipe VI, Queen Letizia and their two daughters, Princess Leonor and Princess Sofia, standing on a balcony and waving to a crowd below. The picture was reportedly taken in October, while the family was visiting Asiegu, located in northern Spain. Letizia and her two children are all wearing trench coats, and as usual, the Queen looks stunning!

The back of the card features a holiday message in both Spanish and English, along with everyone’s signatures.

This was a big year for the Spanish royal family, who marked an important milestone when Leonor – the country’s future Queen – delivered her first-ever speech. It took place at the Princess of the Asturias Awards in October. The awards are an annual celebration recognizing those who make achievements in the sciences, humanities and public affairs, and are presented by Leonor, who is the Princess of the Asturias herself.

Last year, the Spanish royals opted for a very similar Christmas card, which featured a photo of them visiting the Asturias region in September 2018. It was Leonor’s first-ever trip to the area.
