The fun isn't stopping for the Cambridges!
After Prince William, Duchess Kate and their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis spent Christmas at Sandringham with the Queen, there are reports they will continue their holiday with a ski trip. And Kate's parents Carole Middleton and Michael Middleton are expected to join them!
A source told The Sun that following Boxing Day, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will leave Sandringham with their chidlren to visit the Middletons at their home in Bucklebury. It's thought to be a doubly festive occasion because they will also be celebrating Kate's brother James Middleton's engagement to Alize Thevenet and reportedly making wedding plans.
“The Cambridges want to head out skiing early in the new year with the children," says the source. And Kate is reportedly already shopping for ski gear for her young family!
Prince William and Kate have already had an exciting holiday! Prince George and Princess Charlotte made their Christmas Day debuts at Sandringham with the rest of the Royal Family as they walked to church. The young princess even gave her first curtsy to the Queen.
The Cambridges have taken a few different ski trips over the years, but this is thought to be one-year-old Louis's first ski trip! It is said Carole and Michael are on hand to assist with babysitting duties in the ski chalet.
While it's not known where the family will head this time, there are a few favourite locations of theirs. In February 2019, the Cambridges went out skiing during the half-term holidays. They took their first ski holiday in the French Alps in March 2016 when Charlotte was just 10 months old and George was almost three years old. William and Kate also went on ski trips together prior to having children.
