Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry returned to work on Jan. 7. The Sussexes visited Canada House in London and Meghan wowed in an elegant neutral look. One small detail about her outfit that didn't go unnoticed by royal fans was the former actress's swallow earrings.
Meghan wore her shiny raven mane in a middle part with very soft, undone waves. She occasionally tucked her long strands behind her ears, which revealed the striking earrings. They are thought to be the Gold Swallow Stud Earrings by Catherine Zoraida.
The delicate gold studs "feature swallows in flight as they travel together on their migration journey," according to the brand's website. And they are still available for purchase. They retail for approximately $205.
These earrings also have a charitable element. They have been especially designed for the RSPB, a UK-based nature charity. When buying the earrings, 10 per cent of all sales will go directly to the RSPB!
Meghan wore the earrings to complement her refined beige and brown outfit, consisting of a Reiss classic camel coat, chocolate brown turtleneck sweater and coordinating Massimo Dutti satin midi skirt. She anchored the look with copper velvet Jimmy Choo pumps.
Interestingly, Duchess Kate is also a fan of Catherine Zoraida! According to Express, Kate has worn several pieces from the designer since 2012. The Duchess of Cambridge wore the Gold Double Leaf Earrings on her royal tour of Australia and New Zealand with Prince William in 2014 and on Christmasthat year.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited Canada House to meet with employees and Janice Charette, the Canadian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, to share their thanks for Canada's hospitality during their reported stay in British Columbia.
At the event, Harry and Meghan posed with employees and also shared insight on their extended break in Canada. The duchess remarked on the beauty of our country and said even eight-month-old son Archie was captivated by it. Harry also cracked jokes about the rainy weather!
