Following a surprise appearance in Birmingham on Jan. 21, the busy mom of three kicked off the following day's schedule with a trip to the Ely & Caerau Children's Centre in Cardiff, Wales.

She made a stylish impression in a class camel coat by Massimo Dutti, black turtleneck, pleated leopard-print skirt from Zara and tall black boots. Eagled-eyed royals fans were quick to take in the finer details of her outfit, including the initial necklace.

The 9-karat gold moon necklace features a sparkly diamond charm and the front can be personalized with hand engraving. The designs are responsibly made in England.

It is sometimes difficult to see in photos due to the lighting, but Kate's adorable necklace is engraved with the letters, "G," "C" and "L" to represent each of her three children. It also features a trio of stars.

The heartfelt customized piece really popped against her black turtleneck and her beige coat framed it beautifully.
