While Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan engage in a "period of transition" in Canada after "stepping down" from their roles as senior members of the Royal Family, some of their friends are providing fresh insight about them, including Misha Nonoo, Meghan's fashion designer pal.
The former Suits actress has worn the New York-based designer's clothes on various occasions. One of the most famous examples was when Meghan wore the Misha Nonoo "Husband" shirt when she and Harry made their public debut as a couple at the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto.
In an interview with the Daily Telegraph, the fashion designer opened up about working with Meghan and her style choices.
"We were so honoured to work with the Duchess, she's so extraordinarily thoughtful," Misha revealed. "I'm honoured when we see her wear something [of the brand's].
"The Smart Set collection was a great example of her thinking about others. She's so conscious when she's putting her wardrobe together."
The two friends will soon have even more in common because Misha is currently expecting her first child with husband Mike Hess. Harry and Meghan's son Archie was born in May, so hopefully the duchess can share some insight!
As to whether she and Meghan will work together again, Misha said "we shall see what happens in the future," but she made it clear she would "be honoured" to work on any projects with the Duchess of Sussex.
"She's so passionate about the work she does," Misha exclaimed.
Nacho Figueras, one of Harry's longtime friends, also showed his support for the Sussexes in the ABC documentary Royal Divide: Harry, Meghan, and the Crown, which aired on Jan. 29 in the United States. The polo player opened up about how he had recently talked to Harry and shared his thoughts on the Duke of Sussex stepping down.
“He's being a father... a guy who is trying to protect his cub and his lioness from whatever it takes," Nacho said.
