Fashionable on the farm! Duchess Kate surprised us again by stepping out on Feb. 12 to The Ark Open Farm in Newtownards, Northern Ireland. She showed that even when she is down home on the farm, she retains her elegant style!
The visit was part of her Early Years Foundation survey, "the 5 big questions on the under 5's," a UK-wide conversation which gives parents the opportunity to share feedback on how younger generations should be raised. It saw Kate interacting with young farm visitors and a fascinating mix of animals, including snakes and alpacas!
For the occasion, Kate was suitably dressed down for farm life. She sported a khaki green jacket with a sky blue turtleneck, black skinny jeans and Penelope Chilvers tall brown tassel boots.
The mom of three has been a long-time fan of Penelope Chilvers and has famously recycled a pair of brown boots for over a decade.
At The Ark Open Farm, Duchess Kate rounded out her outfit with sparkling golden leaf earrings, which brought a touch of nature to her ensemble.
Her brunette locks were parted down the middle and worn in flowing loose waves. Kate's hair was tucked behind her ears to showcase her earrings.
A hint of black eyeliner drew attention to her eyes and a glossy coral-pink lipstick brought some colour to the face. The result was a radiant natural makeup look.
We also saw Kate out on Feb. 11. She, Prince William, Duchess Camilla and Prince Charles had a rare joint engagement in Loughborough on Feb. 11 to visit the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre to meet patients and staff. The Duchess of Cambridge wowed in a military-inspired skirt suit by Alexander McQueen. She accessorized with tall black boots, black gloves, a mini top-handle bag and refined silver earrings.
