Duchess Kate wowed fuchsia! She and Prince William stepped out yet again in Ireland on March 4 to attend a reception held by Irish Tanaiste (Deputy Prime Minister) Simon Coveney in Dublin. This time, the Duchess of Cambridge selected a vintage Oscar de la Renta dress.
The hot pink dress featured dainty black polka dots, came to the knee and included a ruffled neckline and contrasting black hems. The sophisticated style was nipped in at the waist with a black belt.
Kate enhanced the frock's black dots with her accessories. She carried a black clutch and wore classic black pumps. Delicate hoop earrings added a touch of sparkle to the outfit.
Her earrings were clearly visible because Kate's gorgeous chestnut locks were swept back into a voluminous ponytail. The duchess's natural makeup enhanced her beauty.
Royals fans noticed Kate's spotted pink dress was very similar to one Princess Diana wore when she and Prince Charles visited St. Peter's Basilica in Rome on April 28, 1985. Diana's version was a dark pink dress with white polka dots by Donald Campbell. The number featured a belted waist made out of self fabric, gathered sleeves and a knee-length skirt hem.
We saw Kate in many stellar looks on the second day touring Ireland with William. She kicked things off in a cream Olivia Coat by Reiss, which she wore to Jigsaw, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health.
The mom of three owned the coat before she was even engaged to the Duke of Cambridge! In fact, Kate was photographed wearing the coat back in 2008 while attending then-boyfriend William's RAF graduation.
For the coat's latest appearance, the duchess paired it with black skinny jeans and black ankle boots, which are thought to be her favoured pair from Russell & Bromley.
Once inside, she took off the high street topper to showcase a black-and-white polka dot Equipment blouse, which is another piece she recycled!
For her second ensemble, the duchess coordinated with William. They dressed down to visit Teagasc Research Farm in Carlow.
The Duchess of Cambridge was casually chic in a stylish khaki green jacket, believed to be the Friel Utility Jacket in Olive from Dulbarry of Ireland.
An ivory and green blouse with raised frilled neckline was visible underneath the buttoned coat.
Kate rounded out her look with black skinny jeans and brown tasselled boots, which are thought to be her go-to pair from Penelope Chilvers. The style is something the duchess has worn for over a decade.
We look forward to seeing what other gorgeous things Duchess Kate will wear on the royal tour of Ireland. March 5 is the third and final day of the Cambridges' tour and we know Kate will end it on a fashion high note!
