Duchess Meghan is a champion of girls' and women's causes. In honour of International Women's Day, the former actress paid a surprise visit to Robert Clack Upper School in Dagenham on March 6. She spoke to students about the importance of the day and highlighted its significance by wearing all female fashion designers.

The duchess also showed her support for emerging female designers as she and Prince Harry attended the Mountbatten Festival of Music in London on March 7.
She was radiant in a head-to-toe red ensemble comprised of a sophisticated short-sleeved gown by Safiyaa. The London-based label was founded by Daniela Karnuts and named after her daughter. Meghan complemented the dress with burgundy floral earrings by Simone Rocha.

Harry and Meghan's final official joint outing as senior members of the Royal Family is scheduled for March 9. They will attend Commonwealth Day services with the Queen, Prince Charles, Duchess Camilla, Prince William and Duchess Kate. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will officially step down from their duties on March 31.
