Duchess Kate was pretty in a crimson red coat by Catherine Walker at Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey in London on March 9, alongside Prince William.

The high collar and double-breasted detailing drew attention to Kate's updo and her dramatic Sally-Ann Provan floral hat.

Kate wore the fascinator tipped slightly forward and to the side so it didn't conceal her smiling face. The striking rounded hat featured a cluster of lighter red flowers with burgundy leaves.

The mom of three's brunette hair was swept back into a manicured chignon, which was a lovely complement to her floral fascinator. The hairstyle also showcased her drop earrings with red floral detail.

Kate completed the ensemble with matching burgundy red suede heels and an understated makeup look.

The duchess's Commonwealth Day outfit is another famous example of a time she has recycled a look. The Duchess of Cambridge previously wore the Catherine Walker crimson coat to Christmas Day church service at Sandringham in 2018.
