The loving image has captured fans' hearts, and they are taking to social media to share it and thank the Swedish royals for the new picture as the world battles the coronavirus.
The elegant photo features four-year-old Oscar and eight-year-old Estelle cuddling on an ornate red and gold chair. Proud parents Victoria and Daniel stand behind their children against a salmon background.
The sweet snap was taken by photographer Anna-Lena Ahlström, but no further details about where and when the image was captured were released. Some speculate the portrait was shot at Haga Palace, the family's residence, which is just outside Stockholm in Solna.
In the image, Victoria is resplendent in a beige and soft pink nature-printed dress with a tie neck. Her brunette hair is swept back into an elegant updo, and she has accessorized with gold earrings.
Estelle coordinates with her mom in a cream and brown floral frock with matching tights and Mary Jane shoes. She wears a pink bow in her long blonde hair.
Both Daniel and Oscar look dapper in pale blue shirts, black trousers and dress shoes.
The new image comes shortly after the Swedish royals released two photos in celebration of Oscar's fourth birthday. The pictures of the adorable boy and his elder sister were shared on March 2 on the Kungahuset Instagram, the Swedish royals' official account.
The two shots were both taken in black and white. The first shows little Oscar in a sweater and polo looking out a window and grinning happily at something off-camera.
In the second, the young royal and his big sister, Estelle, lounge on the floor with their chins in their hands.
