Duchess Kate and Prince William paid tribute to Her Majesty on April 21 by posting a special photo from their time at the Chelsea Flower Show in May 2019. During their outing, the monarch was touring the Duchess of Cambridge's Back to Nature garden, which Kate helped build with Royal Horticultural Society landscape experts and artists.
The duchess made sure to include things the Queen loved from her own childhood while planning out the garden, such as carrots and beetroot. The picture, which was posted to the Cambridges' social media accounts, shows Kate laughing as William looks in wonder as the Queen takes a good look at the garden's many sights.
"Wishing Her Majesty The Queen a very happy 94th birthday today!" the couple wrote.
The Queen also received a very special tribute from Prince Charles, who took to social media to share a photo of his mother looking lovingly at him as her eldest child as he played in his crib as a baby.
