And royal baby makes three! Princess Stephanie and Prince Guillaume welcomed a baby boy on May 10.

The Luxembourg royals made the announcement on the Cour Grand-Ducale Twitter and revealed that the newborn, Prince Charles, shares a moniker with a certain British royal.

"The Heir Couple is delighted to announce the birth of their son this Sunday May 10, 2020 at 5:13 am at Maternité Grande-Duchesse Charlotte in Luxembourg," read the initial announcement, translated from French.

"He will bear the first names of Charles Jean Philippe Joseph Marie Guillaume," the statement continued. "The child weighs 3.190 kg and is 50 cm tall."

Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume also spoke a few hours after the birth of Prince Charles about the wonderful new addition to the family.

The newborn prince already met grandparents Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa via video. Images of the event were shared on Twitter, and it gave royal fans the first glimpse of little Charles.

"Time stood still at the Château de Berg during a video call during which the Grand Duke and the Grand Duchess had the immense joy of meeting their grandson for the first time: Prince Charles," explained the announcement.

"A digital meeting, certainly, but charged with emotion!"

Many families from around the world celebrated Mother's Day on May 10, including Canada, the United States, Japan and Australia. Mother's Day in Luxembourg will actually be celebrated on June 14. Prince Charles might not have been born on the country's holiday, but the new parents will have plenty to celebrate with their baby come next month.

According to HELLO! UK, Stephanie and Guillaume married in October 2012. The happy couple announced they were expecting their first child together last December.

"The birth is scheduled for May. The Grand Duke, the Grand Duchess and the members of both families are delighted with the news and share their great joy."

There is no word yet on whether the Prince of Wales congratulated the couple on the birth of their baby boy, but we bet royals around the world will soon be offering their felicitations, along with fans.
