Two of the images show him sleeping, looking content and happy.
In a third picture, he's seen in the arms of his father while his grandfather, Grand Duke Henri, smiles lovingly at him.
Another shows him looking up at his mom with huge eyes.
The fifth features his parents holding him outside, revelling in their newborn bundle of joy's existence.
Charles was born May 10 and is second-in-line to the throne, meaning one day he'll rule Luxembourg.
It must have been very sweet for Grand Duke Henri to meet Charles in person, considering he first saw his grandson on a video call due social distancing regulations put in place because of the coronavirus pandemic.
"Time stood still at Berg Castle during a video call during which the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess had the immense joy of meeting their grandson Prince Charles for the first time," a statement from the Luxembourg royal family read in May. "A digital meeting, certainly, but charged with emotion!"
Just after Charles was born, Guillaume and Stephanie released the first set of photos of their little boy. The images showed him sleeping on a teddy bear and resting in his mom's arms.
