Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel have been married since 2010

The couple's daughter Princess Estelle is three and they clearly feel it's the right time to add to their family. In August 2014, the toddler started nursery school at the Aeventyret pre-school – which means "adventure" in Swedish.Victoria chose the centre on the recommendation of friends; it is also close to Haga Palace just outside Stockholm where the family live.Estelle will be thrilled about having a new baby to dote on. She adores her little cousins Leonore and Nicolas, whose parents are Victoria's younger sister, Princess Madeleine and banker Chris O'Neill. The Swedish royals often release pictures of the cousins together, looking as cute as can be.

In the coming weeks, the royal family will reunite for Prince Nicolas' christening, which is taking place on 11 October at the Royal Chapel in the Drottningholm Palace in Stockholm. It is the same venue where his big sister, 18-month-old Princess Leonore, was baptised last year.

Victoria, 38, and Daniel, her former fitness instructor, tied the knot in 2010 after dating for eight years. Their spectacular wedding took place on 19 June in Stockholm Cathedral. On 17 August 2011, the royal court confirmed that Crown Princess Victoria was pregnant with her first child, and on 23 February 2012, the couple became parents to Princess Estelle.
