Guests at this summer's huge street party to celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday will feast on Great British treats sourced from all four corners of the UK. The Patron's Lunch, organised by Her Majesty's grandson Peter Phillips, will see 10,000 people gather on the Mall for a picnic-style lunch on 12 June.

The mouthwatering menu features a Smoked Salmon Mousse with Hot and Cold Smoked Salmon, made with Scottish Lochmuir salmon, smoked over wood chips from an oak tree grown on the Queen’s Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.

A chicken roulade salad has been created using roasted free-range meat from Pembrokeshire, Wye Valley asparagus and Cornish potatoes, while sandwiches include Roast Northern Irish beef with horseradish and baby watercress.
Each guest will receive a bespoke Marks & Spencer hamper
A mini Piccalilli Pork Pie has been hand-crafted by expert bakers in Melton Mowbray, with a "Posh" raspberry Royale for dessert made from fruit grown in Norfolk.
The picnic lunch and afternoon tea are served with Pimm's, Windsor Apple juice - produced with fruit grown in Suffolk - and Scottish Spring Water.
Sandra Ziles, Head of M&S Product Development, said: "The Patron's Lunch Hamper has been created by our food experts who have put all their passion and creative know-how into devising a very special menu for the celebration.
It will showcase the very best of British produce
"We've worked closely with farmers and producers to ensure we showcase the very best of British produce at The Patron's Lunch and we're looking forward to seeing guests enjoying the picnic on The Mall."
Marks & Spencer has created vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and children's versions of them hamper and will also produce a similar picnic range of sandwiches, pork pies and cupcakes going on sale from the end of May.
