R&B diva Beyonce has been enjoying a Mediterranean break with her boyfriend, rapper Jay-Z. The chart-topping singer was photographed disembarking from a yacht in the glamorous principality of Monaco.
Casually dressed in beige shorts, black camisole and a straw sunhat, the 22-year-old stepped off the luxury vessel with her leading man in tow. Their arrival in the tiny territory came at the end of a no-expense-spared trip around France's southern coast.
Monaco has long been known as a haven for the rich and famous. And its latest visitors certainly proved that they can match the world's biggest spenders pound-for-pound. Indeed their four-day break is said to have set them back a staggering £300,000. Hiring the yacht cost £10,000 a day, while the private jet which brought them to Europe came with a price tag of £10,000 an hour.
But with an estimated joint worth of over £50 million, Beyonce and Jay-Z can afford to splash out now and then. After taking in the sights of Monte Carlo, the glitzy couple headed for Nice airport and a flight back to the United States.
