Chloe BestBeyoncé and Jay Z's twins have come home to La Villa Contenta in Malibu, a luxury house that the celebrity couple are renting
Beyoncé and Jay Z have moved to a new home while they settle into life as a family of five. The A-list couple, who welcomed twins earlier in June, are renting a luxurious Malibu mansion for £314,000 per month according to property website Trulia.
The home – called La Villa Contenta – is certainly spacious enough for the growing brood. With five bedrooms and eight bathrooms in a 12,045 square foot estate on 1.62 acres, it is a great temporary home for the couple to live in with their newborn twins and daughter Blue Ivy while they continue to search for a permanent Los Angeles home.
As you would expect, the home offers the luxury and privacy that the couple are used to, with its own gourmet kitchen, library, wine cellar, gym, cinema room and large outdoor terraces with beautiful ocean views. There are also tennis courts and a guest house – ideal for friends or family to stay in while visiting the twins. Click through to see their new home…
Beyoncé and Jay Z's rental home is spacious and opulently decorated, with open fireplaces, comfy seating areas and terraces leading onto a sprawling 1.62 acre estate. Blue Ivy won't be short of entertainment either; as well as being nearby to the beach, the family's temporary home has a huge garden and child-friendly wading pool for the five-year-old to explore.
Floor-to-ceiling windows offer incredible ocean views from La Villa Contenta's living and dining rooms. There is also plenty of space for the celebrity couple to entertain any guests who are visiting them and their children; as well as a round dining table, there is also a large kitchen island with seating for six people.
The mansion has a huge gourmet kitchen with a range cooker, American-style fridge, cream fitted cupboards and white marble worktops. Seats for up to six people are placed around a large central island, which also offers extra surface space to prepare food for Beyoncé and her growing family.
A lavish dining room area opens up directly onto the terrace and garden area, and provides seating for ten guests at a long wooden dining table. Much like the rest of the house, the room is luxuriously decorated, with candelabra lighting serving as a focal piece over the dining table.
There'll be little need for Beyoncé, Jay Z and their children to leave home as they have all the entertainment they could possibly need. This cinema room has a huge screen and comfy sofas and armchairs where the family can relax while catching up on TV or watching a film.
Another of the house's impressive amenities is this fully-stocked wine cellar with extensive storage space. Jay Z is a big fan of wine, and owns a stake in Armand de Brignac Champagne, which sells bottles of fizz for around £596 ($760), so this room will no doubt be a hit with him.
